The Newport Beach Mayor’s Inaugural Party transformed VEA Newport Beach into an evening of refined celebration, welcoming community leaders, supporters, and guests for a night that blended sophistication with warm coastal charm. Our team had the pleasure of designing the inaugural event with thoughtfully curated details that created an inviting and elevated atmosphere. Attendees entered through a dramatic velvet navy draped entryway, setting the tone for the evening with rich texture and understated elegance. Inside, a striking circular center bar served as the focal point of the event space, encouraging conversation and connection while seamlessly anchoring the overall design.

The terrace featured intimate lounge groupings beneath glowing bistro lights, creating a relaxed gathering space that balanced the formality of the occasion with the welcoming feel of a community celebration. The combination of layered lighting, luxe furnishings, and modern coastal design elements reflected both the spirit of Newport Beach and the significance of the evening.
